The 3D model of the automatic shoelace machine (fully automatic shoelace machine) is designed with UG NX8.0 and provided with prt source files. There are also STEP general documents, which are welcome to download.
The fully automatic shoelace machine mainly solves the process of manual shoelace threading on the production line. It uses a double turntable with a servo motor to mechanically thread the shoelaces. The operator only needs to place the shoes on the tooling, press the upper, and press the start button to automatically operate.
Features of non-standard automatic shoelace machine: automatic threading, thread cutting, and knotting are completed in one go; the distance can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the hole spacing of the upper; the tightness of the threading and knotting can be adjusted according to the requirements of the upper; the threading speed is adjusted by stepless frequency conversion.
