After packaging, there are three files, and the general assembly drawing is “11.1 General Assembly Drawing”. There are 179 assemblies, 814 parts, and 461 engineering drawings. It was designed in SW2012, but the package opened and printed by SolidWorks2015 is 356M in size, which may require SolidWorks2015 to open. A similar device was uploaded before, which was our first-generation packaging machine. Now this is the second-generation packaging machine. The main difference is that the reciprocating function is added. The original packaging machine must stop when side sealing, which is not efficient. The existing reciprocating type can continuously wrap the carton without stopping. The original file is provided, and each part has editable parameters. The design is relatively fine and has high reference value. This is a carton packaging machine with a clear structure and very complete information. It can be directly processed and manufactured as shown below. Many small commodities used in daily life are packaged in cartons. This packaging machine wraps the carton with another layer of film, and then passes it through a heat shrink furnace to achieve protection, moisture-proofing, and aesthetics. The packaging machine is fully automatic, with an automatic assembly line in front and a heat shrink furnace in the back. The basic structural principle is: the PE film is usually converted into a C-type through a conveying mechanism, and then the box body passes through the C-type, and then the film is hot-cut by the transverse sealing group. The transverse sealing component performs reciprocating motion and follows the box body on the belt line at a constant speed (that is, relatively still). The return journey is a quick return, and then it is cut off by the side sealing component to achieve complete wrapping of the film. Then pass through the heat shrink furnace.
