This equipment is mainly used for automatic liquid filling machines for mobile phone soft-pack lithium-ion batteries and power batteries. The main process is automatic feeding and sealing. It can realize the functions of weighing before liquid filling, automatic liquid filling, automatic static, automatic vacuum sealing, automatic heating and packaging after liquid filling, automatic sorting of defective liquid filling products, and automatic discharge. This equipment is the most efficient vacuum liquid filling machine for soft-pack lithium batteries. It is designed with a one-out-six structure, with a precise and flexible mechanism. All processes from automatic feeding, scanning code to discharge defective products, vacuum filling, three-level static, vacuum hot pressing packaging, and unloading are completed automatically. Starting from the front-end loading, circulation fixture, to the injection station, three-level static, vacuum packaging, unloading, the structure is complete, the frame adopts square welding and aluminum profile shield. The design of the battery cell grabbing and handling robot, and the battery cell loading and conveying and tooling fixtures are all very valuable to learn. After the injection, multiple vacuum pumping and pressure pressing cycles are set. In order to prevent excessive volatilization of the electrolyte, the vacuum pressure is set to -65~-76kPa; Because the vacuum needs to be exhausted before injection, and a low vacuum needs to be drawn during the vacuum pumping and pressure pressing cycle after injection, in order to increase the stability of the equipment, four vacuum systems, three vacuum pumps and four gas storage tanks are specially added. One vacuum system consists of a TRP24 vacuum pump that is dedicated to high vacuum pumping; the other vacuum system consists of two TRP48 vacuum pumps, and adopts the internationally advanced vacuum differential pressure injection process to ensure injection accuracy, stable production and sufficient penetration of battery electrolyte, taking into account clean production and easy inspection and maintenance of equipment.
