The PCB circuit board FCT function test automation line is an automated production line test and inspection machine assembly line for electronics factories. This unmanned automatic test line can be used in electronics factories for all PCB boards and various functional tests. The equipment is about 10 meters long, including more than 50 ordinary motors, more than 30 cylinders, more than 10 stepper motors, and dozens of sets of screw guides. The line structure is relatively complex. If the upper layer needs to be used, the front and rear docking stations need to be replaced with elevators to achieve simultaneous operation up and down. In addition, the cylinder on the conveyor belt in the ICT equipment drives the entire belt line and PCB to descend to the test needle board at the bottom so that all the solder joints of the PCB board contact the probe to start the test. At the same time, the cylinder above the PCB board also descends to press the board into place for testing. After a few seconds, the test is completed and the cylinder drives the conveyor belt to rise to its original position, indicating that the test is completed. The PCB board begins to flow into the next workstation FCT to test high voltage resistance and other parameters. The circuit board is sent to the FCT tester by the elevator. FCT is divided into upper and lower layers and runs simultaneously. The test efficiency is quite high. The total height of the automatic elevators at both ends is more than 2 meters. It is mainly used for the transportation and lifting of PCB boards at both ends of the tester. After the test is OK, the product flows out of the line and enters the board collecting machine.
