RJ Series PIN Detection Automatic Machine – 3D Model Exported
This equipment adopts servo feeding mode. The vibration plate is automatically arranged and then shifted to the PIN insertion station by the cylinder. The working sequence of the machine is PIN insertion, bending, plastic cover assembly, spring insertion, conduction test, CCD appearance inspection, and the machine layout is reasonable. Many parts of the mechanism can be directly applied to other connector insertion machines.
