The Radio test line equipment replaces the manual loading and unloading actions in the M8 Radio test process with conveyor lines + automated mechanisms, thereby implementing the automated operation of the M8 Radio test station, saving labor, improving efficiency, and reducing the production line footprint.
The M8 Radio products are transported to the fixed area in front of the test station through the transfer box, and after manual loading: the products are placed in the conveyor line tray, and the trays are temporarily stored on the line with the products for circulation for 1 hour (the trays are designed with an anti-fool function to prevent the products from being placed in reverse). After the trays are transported out of the temporary storage area, they are sequentially tested through STEP1, STEP2, and STEP3, laser engraved in STEP4, and manually barcoded in STEP5, and collected and placed in the corresponding empty trays of Pass and Fail.
All 5 stations of the test line must perform infrared code reading.
