This drawing is a 3D model design of the robot automatic riveting equipment for the car sunroof frame. The parts are manually placed on the lower tooling according to the process sequence. The lower tooling has the functions of positioning, automatic detection, clamping, flipping, etc. The upper tooling is connected to the robot. The functional robot uses ATI quick-change to connect the pneumatic clamp to clamp the frame and rivet it on the riveting machine. After completion, it is placed in the designated position. ATI has robot automatic quick change, electrical module connection, and field control bus connection. The upper tooling quick change is automatically completed by the robot, including electrical quick change, without manual operation, to achieve high-speed automation.
