The lithium battery winding machine is used to wind lithium battery cells. It is a machine that assembles the positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet and diaphragm into a core package in a continuous rotating manner. The equipment is mainly used for the automatic winding of square aluminum shell battery bare cells. The positive and negative electrode sheets and diaphragms are actively unwound. After automatic deviation correction and automatic tension control, they are automatically wound together with the diaphragm according to the process requirements. Automatic pole sheet rewinding function – EPC deviation correction, serpentine deviation correction, clamping deviation correction system – double-station/three-station turret structure – automatic dust removal, iron removal, and static electricity removal functions – tension control and tension measurement system – battery cell unloading pre-pressing system – Hi-pot withstand voltage test function.
