Microcomputer Controlled Torsion Test Platform – 3D Model Exported
This design uses a servo motor and a reducer as the driving mechanism, uses the front and rear chucks to clamp the tooling, installs a synchronous pulley on the tooling, uses a synchronous belt to achieve a torsion angle test, and connects the chuck to a static torque sensor at the tail to perform a torque side test. The device can collect and convert data through a controller, and finally draw the relationship between the torsion test curve and the angle and torque. It can test the torsion performance of steel bars, round steel, screws, bolts, etc.
