Functions of robot sorting machine equipment:
Materials are loaded through two one-out two-vibration plates, conveyed by conveyor belts, and three groups of CCDs detect product scratches, missing corners, and dirt respectively. The parallel sorting manipulator quickly sorts defective products to different slides, and the flip mechanism flips the other side in the middle to repeat the inspection and sorting work, and finally leaves the good products.
The equipment can be applied to a variety of regular-shaped products, such as cubes, cylinders and other products. This equipment takes 6*4*1.5 magnetic steel as an example.
The structure includes four mechanisms:
1. Loading vibration plate: Two one-out 2-type vibration plates are used to realize four rows of materials at the same time.
2. Defective product discharge mechanism: The acrylic lower slideway is combined with a drawer-type hopper, which is both beautiful and convenient for taking defective materials.
3. Detection mechanism: Three groups of CCD lenses in the product handling process detect product scratches, missing corners, and dirt.
4. Material turning mechanism: driven by servo motor, with material trough on the outer diameter, and blowing device is used to blow out the material at the unloading end.
5. Sorting manipulator: adopts 4-degree-of-freedom, parallel manipulator, which is much faster than the serial manipulator to pick up and place defective materials.
6. Conveying mechanism at unloading end: adopts open material trough to facilitate CCD detection and manipulator to take materials.
