Non-Standard Automated Slider Automatic Assembly Equipment 3D + Electrical Program – 3D Model SolidWorks ProE Creo.Parametric
Kassandra Osborne
The non-standard automatic slider assembly machine is a non-standard automation, which can realize the automatic assembly of some product parts. Previously, this position required two people to perform special manual pre-installation. The action process is the placement of injection molded parts, the assembly of rubber blocks and injection molded parts, and screwing. About 200 pieces can be completed per hour. Frequent repetitive assembly is prone to fatigue and screw leakage, resulting in unstable product quality and hidden dangers in inspection and after-sales quality. Through independent research and development and design of automatic assembly equipment, the equipment replaces the manual operation mode, and the production capacity is increased to 500 pieces/H, which is 100% more efficient than manual operation.
