The full set of drawings are original and complete 3D model design drawings. This equipment is applicable to products such as 18650 batteries, 10450 batteries, and various cylindrical battery X-ray inspection machines. The equipment mainly transports the batteries to be inspected to the X-Ray inspection station for inspection through the chain return line. This set of X-Ray inspection emitters can detect the voltage internal resistance and liquid injection status of the battery and the number of winding layers inside the battery. It detects various functions through X-ray irradiation. It is also the most advanced inspection equipment in China and is very stable. When the battery comes in from the conveyor belt, the battery cell manipulator grabs the product and puts it in the carrier station of the chain return line for secondary positioning, transportation and inspection. The defective ones will be discharged from the line body. There are two sets of defective discharge mechanisms and defective discharge manipulators. The final good products will be collected together. These are the main functions of this equipment.
