This is a fully automatic assembly machine with two vibration plates. Just put the product to be assembled into the vibration plate, and the vibration plate will vibrate the product to the material channel. The robot grabs the product and places it on the 4-station divider disc fixture. The divider rotates to the next station, and the robot grabs another product for assembly. The divider continues to rotate to the next station for pressing, and then the robot at the next station takes out the assembled product, and the action repeats in this reciprocating cycle.
