And with the recent environmental protection policy more and more stringent, the emission control of organic pollution waste gas becomes more important. The rotary RTO furnace uses twelve (numbered 1~12#) fixed beds of heat exchange media, which are heat storage ceramics. Exhaust gases from the production line pass through five (1~5# for the inlet zone) heat ceramic media beds and are heated; the high temperature gases combusted in the furnace chamber heat the other five (7~11# for the exhaust zone) heat exchange media beds, corresponding to 6# for the blowdown zone and 12# for the transition zone. Under the action of the rotary switching valve, the ceramic media bed of the two groups of cyclic number changes (such as 2 ~ 6 # for the intake area,, 8 ~ 12 # for the exhaust area, 7 # for the blowing area, 1 # for the transition area, and so on cycle), so the two groups of heat exchange media beds to switch with each other, heat storage to heat the low-temperature exhaust gas. Because of each change of direction only 1/6 ceramic media to change the direction of airflow, so effectively reduce the RTO import and export of wind pressure fluctuations, the front end of the production line air pressure impact is very small, this set of models is 5000 air volume rotary RTO
