Rotary RTO incinerator, VOCs organic waste gas treatment With the continuous improvement of the degree of industrialization, VOCs pollution has a tendency to further expand. And with the recent increasingly stringent environmental protection policies, the emission control of organic pollution waste gas has become more important. The rotary RTO furnace uses twelve (numbered 1~12#) fixed heat exchange medium beds, and the heat exchange medium uses heat storage ceramics. The exhaust gas from the production line is heated after passing through five (1~5# is the air intake area) hot ceramic medium beds; the high-temperature gas burned after entering the furnace heats the other five (7~11# is the exhaust area) heat exchange medium beds, and the corresponding 6# is the purge area and 12# is the transition area. Under the action of the rotary switching valve, the two groups of numbers of the ceramic media bed change cyclically (such as 2~6# for the air intake area, 8~12# for the exhaust area, 7# for the purge area, 1# for the transition area, and so on), so that the two groups of heat exchange media beds switch with each other, and heat the low-temperature exhaust gas after heat storage. Because only 1/6 of the ceramic media changes the direction of the airflow each time the direction is changed, the wind pressure fluctuation of the RTO inlet and outlet is effectively reduced, and the air pressure of the front-end production line is slightly affected.
