This is a cooling water tank of my original design, the equipment is for the purpose of cooling, using water as a coolant. The object of cooling for the extrusion line of high temperature objects, after cooling the object temperature should be lower than 42 degrees Celsius. The equipment is installed with 12 cooling universal bamboo cooling water pipes, each cooling water pipe has a flow meter to measure the water flow, the sizing table is also equipped with three high-pressure water pumps and a water storage tank to provide water pressure circulation cooling. Cooling water tank is divided into the upper and lower water tank: the upper water tank plays a cooling role, the lower water tank is to play a role in the temporary storage of water. At the back of the equipment, there is also a wind-drying device, the specific structure is composed of cooling air ring and centrifugal fan. The entire sink section can be adjusted in height, can adjust the distance between front and back, the left and right direction also has a distance of 0 to 800 millimeters left and right reciprocating movement.
