This is a cooling water tank designed by me. The purpose of the equipment is cooling, and water is used as a coolant. The object to be cooled is the high-temperature object of the extrusion production line. The temperature of the object after cooling must be lower than 42 degrees Celsius. The equipment is equipped with 12 cooling universal bamboo cooling water pipes. Each cooling water pipe has a flow meter to measure the flow of water. The shaping table is also equipped with 3 high-pressure water pumps and a water storage tank to provide water pressure circulation cooling. The cooling water tank is divided into an upper water tank and a lower water tank: the upper water tank plays a cooling role, and the lower water tank plays a role in temporary water storage. There is also a wind drying device at the rear end of the equipment. The specific structure is composed of a cooling air ring and a centrifugal fan. The entire water tank part can adjust the height, the front and rear distance, and the left and right directions can also move back and forth from 0 to 800 mm.
